Key features include: advance vehicle requests to eliminate wait times, real-time activity monitoring for quality control and security, automatic recording of parking times and locations, detailed claim facilitation with photos and documentation, RFID tracking of pre-existing damage, and data collection for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
